June 14, 2022 • For a 10th-grade English Class project, I used printed-out pages from the book "Catcher in the Rye," and then circled words that read as a poem together.

Sept 3, 2024 • A piece from my AP Studio Art sustained investigation of how the emotions elicited by music can translate to visual art. I listened to a queue of songs as I colored, paying attention to individual instruments and the song as a whole. I listened to: "Igor," the album by Tyler the Creator, "Tongue Tied" by GROUPLOVE, "Are you Bored Yet?" and "Calling After Me" by the Wallows, "Japan" by Yot Club, and "The Feminine Urge" by the Last Dinner Party.

Aug 27, 2024 • I love the abstractness that water renders itself to, especially when used symbolically in art. I created this moody, black-and-white self-portrait to represent my deep self-reflection and thought. The water is an extension of my head, reflecting said introspection.

Dec 18, 2025 • At a time of turbulent emotions, I wrote a song to sort my feelings. I took inspiration from its words to create this visual piece. The tangled, confusing, yet beautiful swing strings fill the empty sky and represent my feelings as I lyrically described them. Then, I poked holes in the black paper and built a lightbox behind it to create the illusion of stars.
